Our Activities of Daily Living Services Process
Our process begins with a nurse assessment. Our assessment includes interviews with our client, family members and medical practitioners as needed to develop a care plan to develop a care plan to match the client’s needs and desires. As needs change, Trinity Life at Home will reassess and evaluate the client’s changing needs and adjust the care plan accordingly.
