In order to operate as a private duty home care agency, Trinity Life at Home must be licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health. Trinity Life at Home is insured for worker’s compensation and liability.
Home Care provides certified nurse assistants (CNAs) to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). Home Care is paid for privately and can be scheduled for a minimum of four hours to twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Home health is skilled care ordered by a physician and covered by Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance. Home Health is usually prescribed for a short period of time and includes 2-3 visits a week.
Private Duty Home Care can be funded through cash resources, long-term care insurance, VA aid in attendance, Reverse Mortgage, Mortgage Sale Lease back of Home.
Trinity Life at Home will bill the Long Term Care Insurance company. In order to bill the insurance carrier, the policy holder or power of Attorney must assign payment benefits to Trinity Life at Home and it must be approved by the insurance carrier. If the bill exceeds policy coverage, the client or power of attorney is responsible for the difference.
Our company is locally owned and operated since 2009 . Our office is located in downtown Alpharetta in a historic home called The Water House.
We require that our employees are insured for workers compensation, general liability and professional liability. All caregivers must have a satisfactory local and national criminal background check to be employed by Trinity Life at Home. We also run Motor Vehicle Reports on all employees in the event a caregiver transports our clients.
Trinity Life at Home does not require a contract. We do have a client services agreement that can be cancelled at any time.
